If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong seal, we can provide a refund. However, please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned seal, provided it is in a resalable condition, we will process your refund within 30 days.

  • Select our Contact Page please fill in the details. Start your message with your order number. Please let us know the reason for the return.

Should you receive a seal in the wrong size that does not fit your refrigeration unit, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. If it is determined that the mistake is on our end, we will promptly dispatch the correct seal to you.

  • If the reason for return is that the items have arrived damaged and not fit for purpose. We would require some photographs of the damage to each item, please use the Contact Page to upload your photos.

Please note that our cold room gaskets are made bespoke and are non-refundable.
