We are a Web based company owned and operated by Fridge Seals Plus. As a web-based company, we do not take general phone enquiries. Our resources are directed at providing the best service possible via our online store. We do, however, encourage using our contact page. We are alerted the moment a message comes through and will deal with each enquiry in the order it arrives.

To Make a Purchase

Select the Make/Product you require using our Icons or Enter a Make/Model/Part number into the Search Bar. Just follow the instructions. You may be asked to make further, more specific selections as you go. This is because there are some models that have more than one design of profile and more than one colour option, so it is important to select the one that suits your model. Once you have chosen the items you require, Go to Checkout.You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments and PayPal.

Orders are charged when they are placed. For your security please do not send credit or debit card details by e-mail. Note: Fridge Seals Plus never keeps records of any card details.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us via our Contact page and we will investigate it.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and Handling

Stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt. Non-Stock items can take from 5 to 10 working days of payment receipt. All goods are shipped (UK Mainland via Courier service for delivery next working day after dispatch, unless otherwise agreed.
We charge a standard rate for the UK mainland (Highlands and Islands are charged separately) You will see the delivery charges at checkout.

Note: Orders of 5 or more Doors Seals will be FREE of charge in UK Mainland.
Outside the UK Mainland will be looked at separately and will depend on the individual Courier Charges.

Delivery Schedule

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit and debit card payments are processed by a specialist card processing company, using 128-bitencryption, and are not held in clear text on any web site. No card details are transmitted to our website.

We DO NOT store customers credit cards details.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us via out Contact Page or email quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Faulty Goods

Should be returned by the buyer to Fridge Seals Plus, at the buyers own expense, within 7 days of delivery. Such goods will not form the basis of any claim for work done or for any loss, damage or expense whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from such a claim. Goods must be accepted by Fridge Seals Plus as defective. Fridge Seals Plus reserves the option to replace them with goods similar to those ordered. Where goods have a manufacturing fault the item must be labelled detailing the nature of the fault. In some instances, there may be a time delay in raising the credit, as the product may need to be checked by our technical department.
